MSC has submitted a voluntary public takeover bid to acquire a stake of up to 67% in the Brazilian logistics company Log-In Logistica Intermodal.
The top shipping line said it was prepared to offer $4.79 a share and announced that the offer would be launched by issuing a public notice. Log-in has been valued at a total of $506 million.
