Change at the top at Ocean Network Express (ONE). A negative performance in the last quarter of 2025 reportedly prompted the board of directors of the Singapore shipping company to replace its Chief Executive Officer.
Till Barrelet has been chosen to succeed outgoing CEO Jeremy Nixon. He will join ONE on May 1st and officially take up the new position on 1st July.
Nixon, the historic face of the company (he has been its CEO since its foundation in April 2018), is to become Senior Advisor at the company.
“Leading ONE from Day One has been the defining chapter of my career,” said Nixon. “Together with an exceptional team, we have built something truly special. I am incredibly proud of what we have accomplished – navigating unprecedented challenges, investing in sustainable technology, and building a culture of service excellence.”
Barrelet was Emirates Shipping Line (ESL) CEO. Last year, ESL transported 750,000 TEUs globally.
