MSC Cruises has announced that its new flagship, MSC Bellissima, will come to China in 2020.
With a gross capacity of 171,598 tons and a length of 316 meters, MSC Bellissima has a maximum capacity of 5,686 passengers, and will be the largest cruise ship in Asia at the time of its arrival.
The main ports will be Shanghai, Tianjin, Qingdao and Shenzhen, with a total of 35 cruises scheduled for next year. The inauguration will take place in Shanghai on June 17th, 2020.
“We are looking forward to bringing our high-quality products and international market experience to Chinese consumers,” said Achille Staiano, vice president of the company’s global sales activities, adding: “The distribution of MSC Bellissima is further evidence of our long-term commitment to China and the Chinese cruise industry.
