CEVA Logistics has signed an agreement to acquire 96% of India’s Stellar Value Chain Solutions, a logistics company specializing in various market segments.
CMA CGM’s logistics group is well-established in India in 75 locations across 35 cities, with over 250,000 m2 of logistics areas.
This acquisition will allow CEVA to acquire approximately 715,000m² more logistics space across 70 facilities in 21 cities throughout India.
