Ten years after its last mega order (10 small bulk carriers commissioned from the Banglaesh shipyard), Indian steel manufacturer Jindal Steel is once again acquiring new tonnage for shipping its products in its country of origin .
According to Splash magazine, the company has contacted Anglo International Shipping in the UK to purchase a 114,200-tonne gross tonnage bulk carrier, the Iron Crusader.
The deal is said to be worth around $14.5 million.
