ONE launches new service to India

Ocean Network Express (ONE) has announced a new service connecting western India with North America’s east coast (WIN).

According to the World Trade Outlook and Statistics published by the World Trade Organization, India is playing an increasingly important role in world trade, with export volumes of around $453 billion  and an annual growth rate of 15% in 2022. ONE India was set up early in 2018. By 2022 it had built a network of 25 offices with 410 employees. Since November, ONE has been providing 22 weekly services covering a total of 11 ports in India.

The new WIN service consists of  a weekly route from Hazira, Nhava Sheva, Mundra to New York, Norfolk, Savannah, Charleston. The service will also call at Damietta, Algeciras and Jeddah.

The new service will be provided by a fleet of nine ships, all operated by ONE.
